Cyber peace deal Hacked?

Seems like India-Pakistan cyber peace deal is in trouble.Recently, hackers from both sides were observing restrain by not hacking each others websites.But ,today two Indian websites got hacked by hacker group from pakistan "Z-Company".Sources say Indian hackers are agitated by this action.
